“The mentorship program is the essence of how I feel market managers and others involved with farmers markets can and often do learn and grow. The market movement in BC is blessed with a group of people scattered around the province who are very open and sharing about their experiences with farmers’ markets.” – Mentor
“I think it was a very good experience. I was lucky with my mentor as he knows most of the players, the geography, the hurdles and pit falls, as well as he could see the potential of our market. It was a well balanced mentoring and he kept me on track as we progressed.” – Mentee
