How to Become a Participating Farmers’ Market and Redeem Coupons

Applications for Farmers’ Market enrolment for the 2021 Program are NOW OPEN. The deadline to apply is February 28, 2021.

  1. You must be a Farmers’ Market Member of the BC Association of Farmers’ Markets. If you are not yet a member, you can learn more about eligibility and the application process HERE.
  2. If you participated in the Program during the previous year, an email was sent to your market about the application process. If you are new to the Program, contact nutrition@bcfarmersmarket.org to learn more.
  3. To apply to the program, please contact nutrition@bcfarmersmarket.org. We are using a new membership system to accept applications and need to make sure the correct contact information is used for each market application.
  4. You must identify a partner organization in your community that will also apply for the Program at the same time. For assistance in finding a partner organization, please see Where The Program Operates page to view the type of partners we work with, as they may also operate in your area.
  5. An email will be sent to you in April, 2021, regarding the status of your application.
