Handling of Complaints

The BCAFM will follow the process below in managing complaints. Please note that we are not in a position to resolve or mediate individual issues regarding member markets.

  1. Complaints must be in writing
  2. We will retain confidentiality of the complainant when possible
  3. We will direct both parties to follow and review the organization’s mission, policies, bylaws and constitution
  4. We will notify the market that there has been a complaint
